Delivery windows are estimates based on your postcode and order time, and occasionally may be affected by weather, traffic or supply issues. We'll do our best to notify you of any significant delay.

We will offer a replacement or a refund for the affected item at our discretion. Due to the perishable nature of groceries, we're generally unable to accept returned goods.
